A "Bird's Eye" View of the 2013 California Clasico Comeback

Overhead footage has surfaced in what was undoubtedly the most unforgettable match of the San Jose Earthquakes’ 2013 campaign. Viewers get a "bird’s eye" perspective of the stoppage-time surge during the California Clasico at Stanford Stadium.

With just 10 men on the field for the final minutes of the big game at Stanford, the Quakes revived some of their 2012 Goonie magic that was seemingly absent for most of the 2013 season.

Driven by "Beat L.A." chants and the perpetual drum beats of the supporters groups, Alan Gordon finished the miraculous comeback sparked by Shea Salinas’ 92nd minute equalizer. In this newly released footage, we get a more holistic view of the exhilarated fans while finally discovering why Q immediately fell behind the touchline advertisement boards after the 93rd-minute winner.
