In a misty Central Valley double-header, many Quakes fan's pre-season started in Fresno with reserve and senior squad match-ups.  Both games finished with a 2-1 score line in favor of the Galaxy, but the Quakes faithful had the opportunity to tune up their vocal cords and don their new team shirts in preparation for the 2014 season. Juan Baena chipped the Fresno Fuego goalie in the first game, and Josh Morton of the Earthquakes Academy scored his first professional goal.
