USA vs Azerbaijan 2014 World Cup Friendly: Photo gallery of U.S. national team 2-0 victory at Candlestick Park

A surprise start for Chris Wondolowski was a highlight for local fans of the U.S. men's national team, but it was substitutes Mix Diskerud and Aron Johannsson that earned the 2-0 win for the Yanks.

After Clint Dempsey was pulled from the starting eleven just after the team completed warm-ups, Chris Wondolowski stepped up and played 60 minutes for the U.S. men's national team in a 2-0 win against Azerbaijan in an international friendly at Candlestick Park.

Wondolowski had a pair of excellent scoring chances in the first half, both headers that the Azerbaijan goalkeeper was forced to save. The two goals came later in the game from Mix Diskerud and Aron Johannsson, after Wondo had been subbed off.

Center Line Soccer photographer Lyndsay Radnedge braved the elements at the 'Stick and presents this photo gallery from the USMNT send-off series win.

And the last of our photographer triad, Maciek Gudrymowicz, made his way to the 'Stick on Tuesday and kept his lens on both the field and the stands.
