Tuesday training update
Here is the news, in brief.
The Quakes aren’t training today (Wednesday), so Shea Salinas and Andre Luiz will be evaluated on Thursday to determine their availability for this weekend. They both trained on the side at Tuesday’s session.
Jason Hernandez sat out practice due to tightness in his hamstring, but is expected to recover. That said, there are no absolutes. Cornell Glen was presumably back in Santa Clara, working on his injured knee. Yallop said he is definitely out for this weekend.
And for those of you thinking that there might even be a hint of goalkeeping controversy, Yallop said that Joe Cannon would be back in the lineup this weekend. That said, Andrew Weber performed well against DCU. Look for my feature on him at MLSNet.
