Not since the 2005 New England Revolution has a team in Major League Soccer recorded four consecutive shutout victories.

The 2003 Colorado Rapids, the 2005 New England Revolution, and the 2015 San Jose Earthquakes are now the three teams to accomplish the feat.

Goalkeeper David Bingham has been in net for all four of those shutout victories. He hasn't allowed a goal in 374 minutes, and has recorded a league-high 90 saves in the process. Overall, he recorded five total shutouts for the month of August.

His efforts in goal have earned him nomination for Ethiad Airways Player of the Month, voting can be found here.

Congrats, David.
