The San Jose Earthquakes managed to topple the defending MLS Cup Champion Portland Timbers on national TV on Sunday by a score of 2-1, punctuated by a goal-of-the-season candidate from Quincy Amarikwa.

"The Aftershock" does its usual postgame routine, with Colin breaking down the tape, post-game interviews with coaches and players, and a return of the "Pressbox Roundtable" after the game, this time featuring Dan Burkhead (QuakesFan/Last Word On Sports) and Anay Patel (Quakes Epicenter).

Of particular note is Kinnear's comments on his use (or, rather, non-use) of 2/3 of his Designated Players.

"The Aftershock," the only media podcast dedicated to the San Jose Earthquakes, is hosted by Colin Etnire and is entering its second season. You can find out more about the podcast at theaftershock.net.
